1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Web Crown Platform ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Platform.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on The Web Crown Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the The Web Crown Platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. Project Submissions
When you submit a project to The Web Crown Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Display, reproduce, and distribute your project content on the Platform
- Use project information for promotional purposes
- Feature outstanding projects in our communications and marketing materials
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to all project content submitted
- Your submission does not violate any third-party rights
- All information provided is accurate and truthful
4. User Accounts
To submit projects and participate in certain Platform features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Manipulate voting or rating systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
- Use any automated system to access the Platform
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to:
- Monitor, review, or edit user-submitted content
- Remove or refuse to post any content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Web Crown Platform and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer
The materials on the The Web Crown Platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
9. Limitations
In no event shall The Web Crown Platform or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
